20pound note change

I work with food and what i do is put the £20 note in the til, if they change is £14.50 i would go for the 10pound note first followed buy the coins and then the recipe, or usually coins first then notes, so basically you get it in a pile in your hand. If i did it where the notes in their hands first then the coins i would be there forever, pus there is more chance the till would be down because i would have been to busy thinking about giving it in the right order.Yes it may be more polite but realistically we cant not all do this as if any errors are made, we pay for it.
